Renovation is not just reconstruction but rethinking what there already is, but totally different way. One such project is Savera. Savera is a renovation project for an old property in Chennai. With 275 rooms and 10 banquet halls, the emphasis has been provided to the landscape by the green wall at the entrance along with a cascading water body softening the hardscape. The double-height entrance lobby adds to a grand entrance of the Hotel. The rooftop pool with the gym and spa enhances the rejuvenating experience.
